■ Shipping Schedule During the Holiday Period
Orders placed from September 18th 12:00 PM to September 23rd
→ Will be shipped sequentially from September 24th
Excluding the period above, orders placed during business hours (excluding weekends) with confirmed payment will be shipped on the same day in principle.
*Depending on order status, order volume, address verification, etc., shipping may take longer.
■ About Payment Methods
If you use payment methods that require advance payment, such as Alipay, bank transfer, or convenience store payment, shipping will occur after payment confirmation.
Depending on the payment method, it may take some time to confirm payment, and shipping may be delayed by approximately 1-2 days compared to instant payment methods like credit cards.

■ About Shipping Methods
Deliveries within Japan will be made by Yamato Transport.
International deliveries are handled by EMS.
Please note that orders to the United States will be shipped via DHL.
For deliveries within Japan, the estimated delivery time after shipping is usually around 2-3 days.
*Delivery days may vary depending on the delivery region, weather, traffic conditions, customs clearance status, and the shipping company's circumstances.

If there are any deficiencies in your address entry, we may not be able to proceed with shipping.
In particular, omissions of the "cho-me" (town name) frequently occur.

If address verification is required, shipping and delivery may be delayed by 2 or more days due to the verification process.

■ About Customs Duties and Customs Clearance Fees for International Shipping
For international shipments, depending on the destination country/region, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other miscellaneous charges may apply.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees, and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

■ If a Product is Returned
If a product is returned to our store due to customer reasons such as long-term absence, refusal to receive, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs duties/clearance fees, we cannot refund the shipping and delivery costs that have already been incurred.
If you wish for reshipment, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
